A sampling of my graphic design work for various clients, ranging from book cover design to event promotion to products and branding.

Art and typography/design for Karen Haber’s book That Unfortunate Problem with Grandmother’s Head. The painting was completed in paint emulator software Rebelle.

The ask: logo design and branding incorporating rainbows and a pen nib, for a writers community and advocacy group working with Utah writers and writing conferences to promote inclusivity.

Poster and postcard designs promoting the 52nd annual World Fantasy convention to be held in Oakland CA in 2026, a gathering to celebrate the field of fantasy and horror art and literature.

My graphics for the 2025 Locus Awards weekend, incorporating wonderful alien artwork by Australian powerhouse Shaun Tan! The alien has been named Cluso by our readership.

Graphics and merch for Locus fundraisers (including the 2025 Locus Fundraiser): circuit aesthetics for a lightweight and open effect that still says science fiction.

The ask: playful and fun vector graphics promoting the Locus Awards and other Locus endeavors, suitable for t-shirts, posters, stickers, pins, and other merch.

My design for an updated Locus Awards trophy featuring art by beloved Australian artist Shaun Tan.

Art and jacket design for Reefs of Earth by R.A. Lafferty, published by Locus Press. This is the first time we used my design for a striking retro rocket logo which has subsequently appeared in various Locus venues.

Various ads created for Locus, featuring my robots, rockets, circuits, and covers.

A sampling of my graphic design promoting various books and events. The “George R.R. Martin in conversation with John Picacio” benefit for the Locus Science Fiction Foundation features art by John Picacio, Eddard StarkTM all rights reserved George R.R. Martin.

A nice clean elegant template design for sponsored excerpts to run in Locus print and epub editions.

And more!
