The prettiest early Coro Pegasus necklace I have ever seen. Victorian revival, with a brass and glass look. The metal finish is especially nice -- a mellow antiqued brass. A central medallion flanked by rosettes of "emeralds" and "pearls." The intricate clasp is highlighted by tiny pearls and an emerald stone. 15 3/4" with a 1 5/8" drop. Close-Up of Pendant Close-Up of Clasp $145.

Sets & Parures

This is a stunning demi-parure by Juliana. The colors are amazing! The unfoiled stones fade from aquamarine to "diamond" and are accented by pale aqua and clear chatons. Turquoise is the fashion color of the fall, so this should match all of your fashionable clothing. The large stones are unfoiled and open-backed. There is so much light and glitter in this design! One of the brooches is missing its pinstem, but would look great sewn onto a belt, hair accessory, or purse. The bracelet is for a narrower wrist than the usual Juliana bracelets, so if Juliana bracelets are usually too big for you, you're in luck. It may have been shortened at one point. So pretty! Engraved rhodium-plated backing. Brooches are 2 3/4". Bracelet is 6 3/4" x 1". Earrings are 1 1/2" x 1". Close-up of Brooch Back of Bracelet, showing characteristic Juliana links $230.

This floral brooch and earring set is the best of Regency, with its fuchsia, red, and red AB stones glowing against a japanned background. Substantial and glamorous. The clip-on earrings are shaped like individual petals. The set is both romantic and dramatic, and has lots of sparkle. Brooch 2 1/2", earrings 1" long. $148.

Made in Austria domed purple pin. This is a statement brooch, with a cluster of pale lavendar chatons surrounded by a ring of medium purple stones and a ring of gold AB stones. This brooch looks a bit like a sunflower, with the central rosette of "seeds" surrounded by "petals" of amethyst navettes. Three separate shades of purple makes this a must-have for the purple lovers. Gold-tone setting. 2 5/8" wide. 6/8" high. Side View $68.

This Kramer brooch is an exquisite concoction of alexandrite color-change stones and creamy pearls in a heavy gold-tone setting. This is a brooch with a magic trick. In ordinary daylight the stones are purple. In incandescent lighting, they perform a startling transformation to a pale shade of blue. What fun!! I'm not sure what the chemical secret of these stones is, but it is really a remarkable trick to play on your friends. Plus it looks really beautiful and feminine on. Just don't wear it with anything that doesn't go with both purple and blue, LOL!:-) 2 3/8". $85. SALE PRICE: $65 SOLD

This signed K.J.L. blue pin is another testament to glamour, with eight cobalt blue cabachon stones surrounded by square, round, and marquise cuts in shades of light blue. The square stones are the palest aqua for added variation. There is slight wear on the backs of some of the marquise stones, which I just noticed. Almost impossible to see when worn. Priced accordingly. Set in silvertone, 3". $65.

A delicate 1930s filigree hinged bangle. Ingenuous locking mechanism. Signed PS Co. Best quality. The bracelet pattern is a vine with flowers, with a faux alexandrite stone in shades of purple and heavenly blue. Silvertone metal highlighted with gold-plating. In some places it looks like the goldtone may have thinned slightly with use, which just adds to the vintage look in my opinion. Close-Up of Locking Mechanism Close-Up of Stone $175. SALE PRICE: $135

Absolutely stunning Alice Caviness chunky heavy bangle bracelet. Encrusted with peridot and lavendar-colored rhinestones, pearls, and red Austrian crystal beads with white rhinestones on top. (!) The luminous peach-tone cabachons have an unusual shimmer, like an opal, with an electrical purple glow. I really don't know how else to describe them!! Goldtone metal, signed Alice Caviness. A designer confection. Not for the timid at heart! Second Image Side View $245.

An elegant Vendome bracelet. Vendome was an upper-end imprint of the Coro company in the late 1940s. Pewter grey and pale brown rhinestones shimmer in a three-dimensional floret. A wintry color combination. The central grey stone is surrounded by eight two-tone rhinestones with pale brown and grey highlights. Rhodium-plated. Lots of sparkle, very Hollywood, traditional glitz. Close-up $98. SALE PRICE: $65

Lovely signed Charel (not Chanel -- fooled me, though!) clip earrings on silvertone metal, possibly rhodium. Each earring has a lacy openwork design of pave stones and four faux pearls. 1 3/8" x 7/8". $32.

A signed Kramer pair of alexandrite color-change earrings in a gold-tone setting. In incandescent lighting, the purple stones transform into pale blue. These weren't sold to me as a set, but they are a perfect match with the brooch above. 1 1/8". $28.

These are the prettiest Haskell earrings I've ever seen. The unusual milk-glass stones are a pale turquoise color. The central stones are accented by garlands of antiqued gold leaves set with clear and blue topaz rhinestones, rose montees, and hand-wired milky blue-green glass beads. The earrings are signed on the back. They are clip-on. Haskell is a designer reknowned for her innovation and hand-made designs. 1" x 1 3/8". Another image Detail of side $145.

Signed Robert in script. Remarkable earrings in a Schreiner style. All stones are prong-set in darkened metal. An oval sapphire blue stone is surrounded by amethyst baguettes, medium blue chatons, an aurora borealis stone, and an unusual stone in two shades of dark magenta and blue. There is slight wear to the medium blue stones, unnoticeable when worn. 1" x 1 3/8". $72.

This is a very classy pair of signed Weiss earrings from the 1950's -- the best part of these earrings is their color, which is a "true" emerald green, slightly lighter and more saturated than the faux emerald stones we see today, which are almost a forest green. AB stones for extra glitz. Classic Weiss. Gold-tone setting. 1 1/4" x 3/4". 35$.
